Most video production packages include up to three minor revisions. Significant changes outside the approved project scope, additional filming, or reshoots may result in additional fees.
Absolutely. We encourage clients to share ideas, creative preferences, and marketing objectives during pre-production. Creative input is also welcome during the revision process, provided changes remain within the agreed project scope.
Most packages cover video production within a 20-mile radius of downtown San Diego. Filming outside this area may involve additional travel fees depending on the location and production requirements.
Redideo Studio prefers Zelle payments, which have no additional transaction fees. Credit and debit cards, PayPal, and Venmo are also accepted, although processing fees may apply. Cash may be accepted depending on the project.
Most video production projects require a 50% deposit. This includes a non-refundable $175 scheduling fee to reserve your filming date. Larger projects may qualify for scheduled payments. Weather-related or other uncontrollable rescheduling does not forfeit the scheduling fee. Cancellations, rescheduling within 24 hours, or no-shows may result in additional charges at $175 per hour
