A Star-Studded San Diego Tradition
I was thrilled to lead the video production for a high-profile San Diego tradition featuring some of the biggest names in music.
Channel 93.3 (KHTS-FM), a contemporary hit radio station and part of the iHeartMedia San Diego network, hosted its annual Summer Kick Off Concert on Friday, May 13, 2016, at Sleep Train Amphitheatre in Chula Vista, California.
The event featured Gwen Stefani, Ariana Grande, Fifth Harmony, Flo Rida, Iggy Azalea, Mike Posner, Alessia Cara, Melanie Martinez, The Chainsmokers, and guest hosts Jack and Jack.
With an estimated 15,000 fans in attendance, it was an incredible experience to produce promotional video content that captured the energy and excitement of the show.

The announcement video above organically received approximately 45,000 organic views using the inline Facebook player.
Adobe Premiere was utilized for the video editing, and iHeartMedia’s Malcolm Ryker produced the voice-over.
The videos were assembled through a collaboration with the Marketing Director of iHeartMedia San Diego, incorporating music videos from the artists’ labels, motion graphics, stock footage, and royalty-free music.
