First and foremost, please contact me so I know the details of the product you purchased.  Some of the items in my store are made by me, entirely by hand, and shipped by me. Other items may be designed by me and then printed and shipped by third parties.

I always order samples from the third parties I work with to ensure the best product possible, but mistakes do happen and I’ll do my best to fix it if there is an obvious manufacturing mistake.

As Stated on Relevant Product Pages:

The product images are from photographs and design mockups, but can only be used as a guide. Due to color differences between computer monitors – I Can Not Guarantee Color Accuracy. However, I do color correct photos using professional tools.

Policy for the Return of Canvas Art Prints:

In case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, I can offer a free replacement or a refund if you contact me within 30 days of product delivery.

To complete your return, I require a receipt or proof of purchase and a photo of your damaged product.

Please note: If the order shipping details were incorrect, or if the customer ordered the wrong size or color, I will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds.

Policy for the Return of Limited & Giclee Prints:

If the original artwork (print) is damaged, you have 7 business days from receipt of the artwork to return it in its original package. Unfortunately, after 7 days, I am unable to offer refunds or exchanges.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, I require a receipt or proof of purchase and a photo of your damaged product.

Policy for the Return of Original Artwork (Art on Vinyl Records):

If the original artwork is damaged, you have 7 business days from receipt of the artwork to return it in its original package. Unfortunately, after 7 days, I am unable to offer refunds or exchanges.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, I require a receipt or proof of purchase and a photo of your damaged product.

NFT Artwork:

I do not offer refunds for NFTs (non-fungible tokens) and transactions that take place on third-party websites involving my art.

Licensing Digital Artwork:

Any reason for refunds must be outlined in digital artwork licening agreements made by myself and third parties.

Sale Items:

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items or products bought with a promotional code can not be refunded.
